Saint pattys was pretty good. the bar was way too bright to have as many ugly people there. Had fun at lynne's house beforehand and fun at patricks afterward however i did get a headache so i lamed out and went home earlier than i would have liked to. ah well sometimes i'm a pussy. i deal.

other than that not a whole lot else has been going on that you haven't already read about in Kat's journal.

i'm not entirely sure if this whole introspection thing i've been trying to do is working at all. i'm still highly depressed and angry and constantly whiplasing between all of my emotions. i can be happy one minute and then so angry that i'm shaking the next and i have no idea why. i think i need some help. this is one of the few things i'm not strong enough to handle. ugh i hate being emo it just makes me more angry. i hate being depressed...right now i kinda hate everything.

I'm still here, just doin the best i can.

I'm not very happy right now, i haven't been for a long time. i'm not sure what this will accomplish but it's always good the write things down. i've been thinking about going to a shrink and possibly being put on medicine for depression. a lot of you that know me and have been around lately might have noticed that my behavior has changed dramaticlly. i'd like to appologize to all of you, Kathleen in particular. i'm not sure why i'm so unhappy and i don't really know how to fix it. the other problem i've been having that some of you may have noticed is irrational anger. i also don't know where that comes from and i can see myself being mean and hateful but i can't stop it, it's like i'm not in charge of my emotions anymore. i'd really like to thank you guys for sticking with me and putting up with my shit lately and as soon as i can i'm going to get some help with changing the way things are inside me. i want things to go back to the way they were, back when i was fun to be around and not a great big chore. i'll do the best i can, wish me luck.
